Reduce Work Stress and Start Putting More Balance into your Life

If you're ready to reduce your stress at work and take back control, come to this 90 minute workshop! Learn a tapping technique that puts the power to control your stress literally at your fingertips!


The tapping technique (EFT/MTT) I use is a combination of two well known sciences: mind/body medicine and acupuncture(without the needles). Bring your issues of how work stress is affecting you, and through the use of an easy to learn technique, you'll either eliminate or greatly reduce your anxiety. You'll watch your tension levels drop dramatically in a very short time, and we'll replace the stressful thoughts with more positive ones. This quick and pain free technique typically provides lasting results.

Format:

  • Emotional Freedom Technique/Meridian Tapping Technique will be explained
  • Open discussion on work stress
  • We'll use an easy to learn tapping sequence while focusing on the stress from work issues. You’ll be tapping on points on your upper body and face
  • The stress intensity level will be tested throughout the workshop
  • Typically, by the end of the workshop, the intensity level will drop - possibly to a zero. As stress is very multi faceted, ONLY the stress issue we will be focusing on will be reduced
  • We will work on instilling positive attitudes about relaxation and balance in life
  • Attendees will be given easy short term tapping homework to help them continue to keep their stress levels low

For all classes, attendees will need the following:

  • Water to drink (no sodas or coffee)
  • Pen
